Truth

If we doubt God, if we doubt His word, if we have no faith, if we think with only our heads, if we feel with only our hearts, if we know only that which we have been taught, and if we believe only what we have seen, than we are lost.

He knows us, He loves us, and He does not lie to us. He has equipped us with everything we need to do everything He asks of us. He remembers us in our sorrow, He is a Light in the Darkness. While He may bring suffering, all suffering teaches a lesson. He knows our suffering because he became a man and suffered.  He sees, He knows, He feels.

And He remembers.

And He forgives.

Safe?

I am safe in routine.
School. Laundry. Dishes. Help mom.

Every day.
All day.
Do not think.
Do not feel.
Continue working.
Do not remember what has been.
Do not think on what could've been.
That distracts from duties.
So continue.
Remain gray.
Avoid color.
Fear color.
Continue.
Do not remember.
Do not wish.
Continue.
When it hurts,
Continue.
When you remember,
Forget.
Obey.
Conform.
Do not cry.
Do not scream.
Do not yell.
Smile, but not too wide.
Laugh, but not too loud.
Talk, but not too much.
Look, but not too hard.
Be Grey.
Be What They Want You To Be.
